K'YOU

K'you is a French producer and DJ who launched his musical career in France and Mexico City. In 2013, he was part of "Lemont Mint" group with Rafa Navajas, later evolving into the duo Djeko & K'you, known for their distinctive Nu Disco and Deep Disco style. With these projects, they graced the stages of top festivals and nightclubs in Mexico for 10 years (M.N Roy, Bahidorá, Gitano Tulum) and sign about 10 Disco House tracks on different recognized labels such as : Midnight Riot (UK), Spa In Disco (ES), Rare Wiri (ES) and Super Spicy (MX), After this "Disco" adventure in Mexico, his career took a new direction as he relocated to the Canary Islands, where he is currently based.

In 2023, he embarked on a solo production journey, drawing inspiration from the islands and their proximity to Africa, transitioning towards more "afro-house" and tropical rhythms. Thanks to these travels and diverse influences captured, his style underwent changes, and he incorporated these experiences into his music.

This evolution culminated in the release of his first single : DAIMA. It's a song with a foundation of club and modern sounds fused with afro and world music elements, featuring a hypnotic female voice that stands out from the rest, the deep bass and synthesizers shape a catchy melody that not only makes us dance but also takes us on a journey and allows us to escape.
