Having impressed with a trio of singles in 2014, Samuel Andre Masen, Charlie Naffah and Nick Putman once again join forces under the Mandar alias. It's their second EP for Naffah's Lazare Hoche imprint, and very much follows on from where Width left off. The title track is bright and breezy, with alien electronics, tactile chords and darting synthesizers riding a wave of clanking, Chicago-influenced 'jack-track' percussion. In some ways,'Each Time' is the more obvious dancefloor smash; while the chords are toasty and melodious, there's a swinging funk to the beats, and the undulating acid lines provide fluid energy throughout.
