Hailing from Brighton, established DJ and producer, Carl was introduced to the house music scene in the early noughties where inspirational sets from the likes of Erick Morillo, Joey Negro, Masters At Work and Fatboy Slim would set the tone for Carl%u2019s development as a DJ. Through his passion for uplifting feel good House music Carl firmly established himself as an official resident DJ for the International clubbing brand Hed Kandi in 2006 to which he eventually mixed & compiled their compilation album series between 2010 & 2016.



In the studio, Carl%u2019s productions, collaborations and remixes have been heavily supported by the world%u2019s most influential DJs with releases on Roger Sanchez%u2019s Stealth Records, Cr2, Sonny Fodera%u2019s Beatdown, My Digital Enemy%u2019s Zulu Records, Phoenix Music, Let There Be House, Hed Kandi and Duffnote. Heavily featured on Beatport, Traxsource, DMC, Music Week and Cool Cuts music charts and notable radio support on BBC Radio 1, Kiss and Capital amongst others.



On the road, Carl has very much cemented his place in the circuit with performances at Ministry of Sound, Space, Pacha, Creamfields, Cocoon, Gatecrasher, El Divino, Eden and Es Paradis amongst others.



Having previously featured as a remixer on Terry Lex & Sean David feat Angie Brown %u201CI Need You%u201D Duffnote is very pleased to have Carl release his debut production %u201CRunaway%u201D featuring Leanne Brown. Richard Earnshaw providing his classic soulful touches.
