Tom Demac Returns After a Year’s Hiatus, With 'XII Series’ Concept
Having spent much of 2016 locked away in his studio, Tom Demac returns with his first original material for well over a year.
Introducing his new concept, 'XII Series', Tom will self-release a new track every month, commencing in January 2017 and culminating in a gatefold 12” at the end of year.
Month ’I’ begins with 'Aurora Dawn’, a winding tribal stomper with modular synth melodies and a memorable bass line.
Each release will be accompanied by artwork created by Tom’s girlfriend, London based photographic artist Katie Bruce.
2016 saw Demac keep a relatively low profile, although acclaimed remixes for the likes of Metronomy, Ardyn and Pet Shops Boys which made sure his talents were never forgotten.
