After the release of his great "Jahliya Sound" album, featuring heavyweight vocalists like Ex-Black Uhuru singer Mykal Rose, Luciano, Lone Ranger and Cornel Campbell (Studio One/Rhythm & Sound), Razoof went back to Africa and initiated the JAHLIYA reggae band.
