The Bulgarian Amsterdam-based producer DJane Koki, part of the Stereophonic crew, has managed to pull it off once more. ‘MinorMajor EP’ is packed with three tracks. “Hey” kick off with a old techno synth bass, follow a dark elegance sound and a classic house voice. It’s a beast of a track, which can very well take the roll of a big-room banger. “Night” A dark bass with a great amount of warm sounds gone through the delay and percussion. The track breathes quality: a perfectly fitting vocal, a well put and perfectly timed break, followed by the solid dub rhythm throughout the end. “Dance' is mellow deep house at its best, with female vocal hooks, stretched-out synths, a compressed bass and a rolling groove pursuing the breakdown. Once more, Koki proves he understands the logics of music, when listening to the atmospheres he creates.
