Eclise — young musician from Samara city, Russia.

At his seventeen Maxim Ledodaev has a long-term experience of being musician and event organizer. Thanks to his brother’s interests Eclise, when he was a child, discovered the world of electronic music. "I liked the sound of glitch/idm and I decided to try and create something like that. Still I’m in search of my own style, constantly experimenting" — says Eclise. Now Maxim’s music is on the verge of ambient, future garage, experimental, chillstep and idm. The perfect creative atmosphere for Eclise is “soft lighting, tea, solitude and never-ending analysis of what’s going on (with him or his environment)”.

One of the principal goals of Maxim is to remind people that in spite of all the mainstream music on the radio and TV there are a lot of other projects fully expressing the individuality of the composer and the listener. Tracks “If you need me” and “Save my heart” are inspired with memories of the musician, who’s open to perception of contradictions of human nature. The remix of the title track, made by ToSee, whom Eclise met at the ABSTRASENSION festival, is full of classical but not specific to our label dub-step sound. An old friend of Maxim — Quok, also has his track on this record, remixed by Eclise.
