Fred Everything getting some vocal assistance from Chi-town biggie, Roy Davis Jr , on this latest offering from Bombay. "Next To Me" is Fred's typical deep and delicious house outing, with Roy waxing lyrical about the love of his life, while Fred lays down a deep bassline groove, strong chords, sweeping synths, and tight beats. The dub mix on the flip adds some spacey effects and delays into the mix whilst keeping the body of the track pretty much intact, while the "Vocal Dub" gives the track a bit of a skipping and shuffling feel. Superb late night house!!
