New EP from Groove Cocktail supported by Deep Josh, Ralf Gum, Fabio Tosti, Ruben Alvarez, Richard Earnshaw and many more!
Polish duo Groove Cocktail has provided us with their sixth release titled Sumatra EP. The producer/dj tandem from Leszno have been around since '03 and waste no time showing off their experience. The title track is a funky, soulful journey through the sixth largest island of the world. The acoustic guitar licks and flute riffs tie in really well with the concept of the EP. Grade A material for the dance floor.
What stands out most is the Szato Szatewicz Deep Remix. It starts off rather clubby, by the 3:17 minute mark turns into a deep and organic soundscape. The mixture of hard and soft textures deserves several thumbs up.
Hypnotize is a bonus on this release. Holds true to the funky, soulful theme to round off the EP.
