For the 2014 kick off we are delighted to welcome our friend DJ Sodeyama to the ECI family. The Japanese techno hero, WOMB resident, & ARPA label boss starts out the year for E.C.I. with a strong techno stormer. Far east Techno at it's best. For the RMX's we call on one of the west's rising stars. Argentinian Jonas Kopp who is enjoying worldwide notoriety, chart success, & a busy touring schedule these days. Dj Sodeyama & Unjin recently played w/ Jonas at WOMB & what better then to plan a release after being mesmerized by his set & sound.
Next up we go west again & have techno veteran Tony Rohr(Plus 8, Drumcode, Cocoon). Who ECI boss saw play for the first time during WMC in 2010. His releases have been a staple for pro's & Dj's in underground circles for over 10 years. For this RMX he teams up w/ his 21 year old protege Layton Giordani who hails from New York too. Tony took him under his wing as of late & the result has been magic; With recent chart success on Beatport & a slew of releases in the pipeline. E.C.I. is happy to unveil this great collab.
Finally we have label head Unjin's RMX version. On this release he showcases a venture into a more serious direction & dark techno sound for 2014. As always we want thank everyone for their interest in the release & expect more quality stuff from our platform in the far east.
