Kenyan DJ and producer Euggy returns with Yuapi, a four-track EP shaped by contrast, collaboration and connection.

Structured across two distinct sides, Yuapi balances the warmth of live songwriting and expressive vocals with the forward-driving pulse of Afro house and Afro tech. Rooted in African musical heritage yet built for contemporary club spaces, the project moves fluidly between organic textures and dancefloor-focused production.

The title track, “Yuapi,” brings together two of Kenya’s most celebrated voices, Idd Aziz and Winyo, blending soulful vocal storytelling with rich, rhythmic arrangements. Their presence anchors the project in tradition while elevating its contemporary edge.

Elsewhere, collaborations with Firgid Armadillo and South Africa’s Naak expand the EP’s sonic reach, introducing fresh textures and cross-border energy that reflect the shared language of African electronic music.

The result is a focused body of work that feels both grounded and progressive—bridging heritage and modern club culture with clarity and intent.
