The next release of remixes for Moderna's debut album, "The Future Is Among Us," is set to drop on October 17th via Brave New Rave. The six-track EP kicks off with remixes of three tracks from the album, DIE4U, Pappenheimer and title track The Future Is Among Us.
The EP has an array of heavy hitters starting off with French Duo Kimshies and Bulgarian EBM producer Karassimeon With their versions of ‘The Future is Among Us’ - the artists have a sound that is complimenting to one another which feels as though it could bookend the night with Kimshies darker slow burner in the beginning and Karassimeon’s Indie Dance energetic flare at the end.
To follow is ‘DIE4U’ reimagined by Slow Motion Record’s boss Franz Scala and Australian born synth wave doll Neu-Romancer. Each taking the original version and adding their very distinct touches. Both tracks have a vibe that shows their talents individually while keeping the original aesthetic.
Lastly newly formed duo Almost Falling made up of German producers Ether Silex and Kotelett who give us a downbeat subdued sound for Pappenheimer. Which elegantly rounds out the ep.
