Jalea Mixta is the affectionate term used by seafoodcraving Peruvians for one of the country's signature dishes. In this jalea, the menu consists of eight remixes by iconic producers from Ecuador, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela and Peru, reimagining songs originally crafted by the master chef affectively known as Tribilin,or plain Tribi.
