David Durango lands a fresh offering on Dessous with a smooth, colourful and complex EP reflecting upon the modern house movement. Lead track 'Perfect Day' blends Durango's trademark complex melodic signatures, amongst lush washes of euphoric synth textures, tight and tricky beats and innovative sound design. A stepping bassline underpins the moody and uplifting journey into the deep blue beyond, as an intertwining narrative of building elements light the way. Well known for his extended, percussive trips and bombs on Hamburg's Liebe*Detail imprint, riser and climber Matthias Meyer re-works 'Perfect Day' into a drifting, melancholic afterhours bomb. Perfect for lifting the mood once again after a long night, Meyer throws us a huge slice of dubbed-out early morning vibes with this essential, high-tech remix.

Stepping into night drive mode, 'Juegos Fantasticos' submerges the listener into a sweet and sexy pool of funky, melodic and pushing future house. Awesome bass elements drive the east-coast meets-european jack while intricate synth textures and fills never stop surprising the ears. Fantastic musical storytelling from Durango once again!

To complete the EP, digital only track 'Origamik' takes things down a slightly techier path as Durango toughens his beats and lays down a heavy post-minimal edged bomb for the more reduced floors.
