Japanese artist and TREKKIE TRAX co-founder, Carpainter, readies his Pets debut, Sparkle. The three-track EP sees the producer delve deep into his classic techno arsenal, drawing influence from the iconic sounds of the 90s and 00s, to take listeners on a dynamic trip through the funky rhythms of Detroit to the fantastical edge of Japanese techno.

Vertigo, is a nod to Chicago-style ghetto-tech, with frantic, hypnotic rhythms that promise to get the most stubborn of dancefloors moving.

Sparkle, is a groove-heavy, relentless jam. Powered by a thumping kick-drum, swirling synths, and Carpainter's signature dust of dancefloor hypnotism.

Thumper, fuses disco elements of Japanese techno with playful Moroder-esque synths, gritty basslines, and sharp stabs, to create an energising warehouse anthem.
