Belgium's VHYCE is back on Pets Recordings with his fourth release for the label, the 'Landscape of Longing' EP. Three tracks of sun-kissed house heat.

Inspired by the Matthew Wong painting of the same name, the EP channels colour, depth and emotion straight into the music. Written between September and December, the trio of tracks - Hyperflesh, Landscape of Longing and El Sentido - may have been born in colder months, but they radiate pure Balearic warmth.

Built around rich, uplifting chords, these tracks are all about euphoric warmth and unpretentious, feel-good energy. Closing cut 'El Sentido' sees VHYCE team up once again with Belgian band The Haze for a standout finale that fuses Ardennes acid with Mediterranean sunshine, rounding out another classy and timeless release.
