Cecille Records presents the debut project and album from Cabin Luv Affair late June, the new guise from a well known regular on the imprint who shall remain anonymous and allow the music to speak for itself.

This new project will mark a shift in Cecille's output as the long running and widely beloved label steps embraces the long player format, one which allows artists to delve deeper into their influences and showcase a diversity of styles. Something which is perfectly encapsulated here with this new project by Cabin Luv Affair.

Across the thirteen track album, Cabin Luv Affair offers up an amalgamation of styles from the smooth Parisian and filter House feels of tracks like opener 'Vida (Intro), 'Naked In Love (Pimpin Ain't Easy Mix) and 'Feelin' Good But Lonely' through to more classic Disco-tinged House cuts like 'Right Or Wrong', 'Lo Que Soy' and closing track 'To The Moon And Back'.

Also on offer are some tracks aesthetically deeply rooted in raw house music in its purest form, like the dreamy chord and crisp rhythm fuelled 'Mirror In Mirror', the swinging, bumpy groove of the aptly titled 'Magic Ride' and the bouncy, swinging drum groove, soaring vocals and choppy stab sequences making up 'Over Your Face'. Cabin Luv Affair also throws in some playful interlude like tracks with 'Follow The Path (Skit)' and the low-slung hip-hop tinged 'Play The Game (Skit)' to truly capture the sonic exploratory feel a long player format allows.
