A new face on the scene, Kev Hunter comes from the world of film and art, his ventures into music have always been just as creative and this track demonstrates his musical vision beyond the constraints of the norm and that's what turned us on to it, quite different to the rest.
The original version is a journey into the sounds or disco, funk and future electronica all sown together with some sturdy drum and live bass work. It's quite a spaced out journey, with an array of sounds continually taking you somewhere else.
On remix duties Enyon puts in another tow shifts, first of re-editing the original mix to become that little bit more DJ friendly but the real work is shown in his very cool 'boogie' version using parts of the original to produce a typical 'call and answer' style vibe with live bass, synth motif's, lush pads and some old skool Moog and DX7 sounds..lush!
