The man behind The Vibes Organization is Marco Finotello. He was always in music, working as sound engineer, musician and D.J. for many Italian Radio Stations.
This talented artist started making productions with Gotta Keep Faith Records releasing his first single "Leaving You Behind".

After his debut on Gotta Keep Faith Records, Marco Finotello has released many projects on some important labels like Daddy Funk, Beats4Life, Favouritizm, Do It Now, Tall House, Mixed Signals Music just to name a few. At the same time his was productive like remixer for Gotta Keep Faith Records same but also for some important projects with standing artists like Eric Van Aro, Carolyn Harding, Sharon May Linn (Out on Purple Music).
In 2011 Marco founded together some old friends "The Vibes Organization", a music group influenced by Funky, Soul and R&B.
The first project released was "Yes I Know" featuring Maggie Smile out on Underground Collective, then was the time for "Only" featuring Maggie Smile released on Stimulated Soul.
The Vibes Organization are:
- Francesco Scardovi (Guitar), guitar instructor for some italian music schools. He has attended various seminaries with some famous jazz guitarist like Joe Diorio, Jim Hall, Pat Metheny, John Scofield.
- Flavio Bordin (Sax), which plays with the "Summertime Choir", a Gospel group from Padova (Italy). He has also played with Michael Bolton and Mario Biondi at the 2007 Christmas Concert in Vatican. Actually he is in tour with the his group around Europe.
- Giuseppe Pagnin (multi-instrumentalist). He plays keys, accordion, bass, trumpet.
- Lorenzo Pisanello (multi-instrumentalist). He plays keys, bass, guitar. Another musician with great touch and music feeling.
- Marco Finotello (drums, programmer, keys).....the "man"!

A New York City native, Mr. Shy is a soul/pop singer, songwriter and performer... and a true original.
Growing up, his influences ranged from The Beatles to Marvin Gaye to Prince. His own singing, writing and performing over the years has resulted in a mature, distinctive song craft and style of musical expression very much his own.
Guided by a soulful and passionate voice, delivering thoughtful, straight forward lyrics of love, and sewn together with infectious hooks and harmonies would best describe Super Star, Mr. Shy's debut release on New Soul Records -- an album of carefully crafted pop songs with an r&b/urban edge.

Margherita Vannini aka Maggie Smile had been singing and playing music from a very young age, later performing at huge Italian festivals including the National and International music festival and Festival of Sanremo. Maggie has a true passion for funk and soul, and an acclaimed artist in her own right who has toured Europe with her band extensively.
