Anders Skibsted is a conservatory trained composer and virtuoso bandoneon player. Now 'secnerefer' (references spelled backwards) is his first release, compositions created on hardware music electronics. They are complex, difficult, raw and moody - sometimes the lower tempos and industrial sound design hark back to some of the best late-90s electronica but with a modernist intelligence finding the right shades and timbres for a truly 21st Century sound.
