Back in 1997 Urban Company formed and released a jazz inspired EP named: Dub Utility on Vinyl. After two more releases, the project went silent. Now Urban Company is back on the newly founded label -Build-. The composition Thereofore' is a steady building balearic house track with rather restrained instrumentation and intensifying percussions, all pushed forward by the rather late starting electric bassline. A track that feels as sunny and warm in clubs somewhere in the world as it does in a cafe at the beach on Ibiza.
