René Breitbarth, famed more for his minimal Techno & Deep House productions fulfills a lifetime ambition and finally completes his 'alternative' debut album - Arcade Decade.
Arcade Decade is arguably the album René always wanted to make, and without following current musical trends or fashions, he simply indulges himself in a comfort-zone arena of all things 80s.
This long-player is like a who's who of vintage sounds & technology, as over the course of all 16 tracks it soon becomes clear that René grew up on a diet of New Romanic synths and Soulboy drums machines.
As from the off DMX inspired tracks like Walk & Talk, Kitt Cruise, Flux Disco & Detention Happiness hit harder than a Donkey Kong uppercut, whilst the pad loving New Romantic fans amongst you will dribble as Gertie's Flowers, Daytona Happiness, Speak and Spell and title track Arcade Decade ooze gallons of sensational synth appeal.
So why not join in and reminisce with this child of the 80s as René Breitbarth takes you on a pocket-sized 80s reference book rollercoaster ride of groovy basslines and double hand-claps.
We hope you ENJOY! :o)
