Chris Mamokgere (CeeyChris) was born in late 1997' and raised in South Africa in a small village of Moleketla (Tzaneen) at one of 9th Province of South Africa (Limpopo), then later on moved to Gauteng, Daveyton.

The journey of an "Afro House" Mastermind commenced back in 2016, the struggle of village life influenced more on how his music is shaped and sound which today he blends more of African chants, AfroTech & Traditional Vocals to serve the final piece.

CeeyChris is getting a great reception around the world and getting more established as his sound is more unique as he says "We Don't Play The Same Afro Tech sounds".

Featuring on DJ Mag, Mixmag, Resident Advisor, Ministry of Sound Radio, Kiss FM Australia, Rinse FM, BBC 1xtra and various radio stations up and down the country it's no wonder his infamous 'Sounds Of The IC' jingle is becoming known to many up and down the country.
