QLab is a recording project behind which are hidden the figures of Nello Nicita (aka Nick Morris, sound engineer, producer and DJ), David La Maestra (aka Dave Scott, composer, producer, DJ) and Giuseppe Acunzo (aka Joe Addicted, sound engineer, dj). The first official release, after various experiences with artists such as Dino Lenny (Frenetica Records), dates back to 2014 with the EP 'Why' (Dabit Records), and which was followed by other works under other underground labels. Their style, characterized by nervous and openly old school grooves, ranges from classic-deep-lo fi experiences to more tech club. All characterized by a deliberately vintage sound, at times almost 'raw', appreciated by lovers of the genre.
