Following up his debut success with Double Cross, Flambe returns to the late days of the disco era for inspiration, and the iconic vocals of Gwen Guthrie.

This 2nd release on Paharas Musica gives front seat to those playful lyrics from Sly Dunbar, with an original instrumental arrangement paying homage to many of the distinct sounds of early 80s disco. A full on funk bass line, prominent go-gos, jammy hand claps and a lead synth after the breakdown to fully lose yourself in.

A sultry, smokey dub completes this release, with Karmina Dai once more delivering an upfront take on the vocals, and Richard Earnshaw with the production polish and mix down magic.
