Yele - Part 2
1. Ikeja-Yele (Kurt Music Deeper Mix) - a funky high hat and an upbeat drum-line, and a shaker that is as inviting as the melodic vocals that follow. The heartbeat rhythm of the bass gradually gets deeper as the track progresses with the company of some piano chords that introduce the echoing scale of synths. The soulful vocals echo like memories of the past. The latter portions of the track make you feel as if you are entering a tunnel with the heartbeat of the drum pounding on its walls.
2. Ikeja-Yele(Owen Mo Mix) - shake to the beat of this track with its train-like drumbeat like a heartbeat. The bright string melody is accompanied by deep bass that snaps into a brighter mood with sharper tail ends. The track cruises on with the chiming electronic synths and vocal harmonies in that will transition with a punchy bass drum. the track then slows down its melody into deep cello notes and chiming sounds that surround you with brighter and brighter notes until only the vocal melodies get louder. The track comes alive with strings, chimes, ambient sounds, vocals, and drumline that makes you want to step onto the dance floor. The track introduces more strings as it progresses into the 6-minute mark with a few added clicks and snaps. The track then slowly dies down to the bass line, vocal, and ambient sounds with a more chill vibe. Then abruptly introduces a samba line to conclude the track.
3. Yele (Viral Gucci Jigsaw Dub) - A classic call to Afro House. Starts off strong with a punchy bass a morse code-like synth beat. A crash hat builds up into the second verse of the track. The track builds up into a trance-like feel by the time the drum roll hits at the 2-minute mark with the ambient sounds building up into a high-frequency snare line. The vocal harmonics mid-way through the track fade into the background as the ambient sounds take over the rest of the melodies. The missile drop nearing the 5-minute mark tease you into an actual drop but is instead replaced by vocal harmonies that take you to the next level. The track then transitions into a tribal island house feel. The classic afro house feels, mixed with the high-frequency snare and beats.
