The world of Deep House can be a tricky one to navigate. If you make your tracks too heavy, they're not deep (duh!). But, on the other hand, if you go too deep, it's unlikely you'll get DJ support! That said, a few select producers deliver deep, almost mellow songs that are so good that DJs lap them up. Mallin is one of those producers. Last year's "Off My Mind" was such a stellar example of this that the ultra-deep late-night groove made it into the Top 40 Deep House sellers of the year. Here he teams up with GU's latest find, Joe Vanditti (his latest is a current Deep House Top 10 cut), for a killer bassline groove with sweet synths and a hooky-as-hell vocal.
