Whether Afro house, jazz, soul, folk, the Black & Latin soul fusions of Louie Vega & Josh Milan always shine through their intoxicated rhythms and grooves. Their first project released on Nulu enhances the Afro house sounds of Two Soul Fusion bringing forth a hypnotic synth ensemble with bass layering (four baselines playing at the same time within several rhythms), soprano sax, thick lush pads, and the chorus 'Sankofa' which means 'Go back and get it', 'Go back to the past and bring forward that which is useful', let's not forget the past (The seeds, the roots), but always looking into the future. Two Soul Fusion are the catalysts for all these interpretations of sounds about to come forth.
