This is Wave's third release from Stockholm based producer Mikael Nordgren, also known as D'Malicious. He started writing songs at an early age and has since collaborated with heroes like disco legend Leroy Burgess (Aleems, Black ivory, Logg) and house diva Adeva. Mikael also release records under the name 12th Floor, often on the Swedish Raw Fusion label. As a DJ, D'Malicious's soulful techy sets have been heard from Europe to Japan.

Alive is a high-energy house groove with synth layers. The overall vibe is uplifting and warm, a luscious juxtaposition of enveloping synthesizers and tight, snappy rhythms.

The Last Song On Earthis a dense collage of rhythm and sound in a world of gently muted chords and thick percussive layers over a pounding kick drum. The track builds momentum and creates a driving energetic pulse under the soaring melodies.
