Another debut on Basic Fingers, this time we head over to Japan and the mysterious KGO production team. The first edit is Six Millions Steps by Rahni Harris, a well known soul drenched disco classic that's been slightly pitched down and infused with more boogie loveliness. Something Special by Donald Byrd and the Blackbyrds is both a pianist's workout and a lovely jazz-disco track full of melodic character.
