From the gloomy mountains of Norway, Boris Lynch releases his second EP on Soniculture reveling one of his biggest influences who inspire him in his art. Legendary Coil, the magickal, industrial band that marked a generation and used music as an alchemical means of transmission left, as their legacy, on the limited 'Colour Sound Oblivion' boxed edition, the 'Coil Reconstruction Kit' containing the base for some of their songs to be used by forthcoming musicians.
Boris Lynch used 4 tracks from the 'Coil Reconstruction Kit' to make these new versions, which are aligned with his artistic directions in electronic music, be them in a more 4 by 4 style as happens in 'Coil 1' and 'Coil 3' or with futuristic breaks as can be heard in 'Coil 2' and 'Coil 4',
A strong psychedelia surrounds the whole EP that brings no limits to the sound that is produced in terms of style, tempo and everything else. It is just a flow of continuous magick.
