We have been a fan of Milos Pesovic's deep and techy grooves for some time. His wicked, looping groover "In My Soul" (released on Sam Dexter's Hot Wax imprint) is the kind of slow-burning heater we love. In August last year, he sent us a demo that sampled Missy Elliot's "Work It". His underground treatment was likely not to justify the expense of getting the vocals re-recorded, so he teamed up with Kevin McKay to make a bigger version. The resulting "Work It" shot to the top of the chart and became one of the biggest DJ tracks in the last three months. Its streaming count is at 500k and rising. Here Milos returns to his underground roots with a driving instrumental cut, the kind of thing you would expect to hear in elongated sets by Nic Fanciulli or Andrea Oliva.
