Up next on Thawra Records, we are excited to welcome the fiery musical duo Pomme Rouge, with a masterfully crafted EP blending warm and melodic Electronica with groovy minimal house elements. The EP comes with a remix from veteran German sound manipulator and producer Tobi Neumann.

Stemming from a live music project, Pomme Rouge's studio process is dominated by an analog performance approach naturally translating from their experience on stage. The duo expertly orchestrate the many hardware machines at hand to achieve engaging and evolving pieces of Electronic music. With this debut outing, the duo offer three original tracks, recorded and produced during a month-long residency at Riverside Studios in Berlin, navigating through lush, warm and groovy soundscapes relying on impeccable and meticulous sound design. 'Cosmic Crisp' inaugurates the release with a downtempo, melodic and transportive tune, while 'Empire' closes the 3-track saga by shifting into higher gear and delivering a tasteful and groovy minimal house track filled with flavourful melodies, showcasing the pair's equally strong musicianship and knowledge of dance-floor etiquette. Apple Crumble fits in between and delivers a smooth ambient & moody interlude that completes the story of our duo's first outing. Finally, the cherry on top, Tobi Neumann generously provides a banging up-tempo remix of 'Empire', adding more fuel to the fire of an already groovy tune that is sure to energise the laziest of dance-floors.
