Next release, no. 66 is on the way. For this one we have our neighbor from Bosnia & Herzegovina, Denis Drazic. Powerful techno stuff, two original tracks and a remix from the Tauten founder, TKNO. Ruff pieces each one, just to give you a little twist and make interesting dynamics! Escape EP is one for thee books, really useful tracks, dark and elegant at the same time.
Escape, the original one, is an edgy bouncer. Strong hitting kick drum in perfect compatibility with the rolling bass line is what you need at any time. Quiet percussion job and the whispery vocals drive you nuts, whil those breaks give you some (needed) 'time to breath'. Well done neighbor!
TKNO, the boss himself, delivers a gentle adaptation. Steady and club like, with greasy repetative one-beat bass line. New thing here is slow evolving synth line which is giving that atmospheric vibe to the track and makes it perfect for the intros. When you walk to the club in the beggining of the night, stuff like this is what you need to get moving.
For the end, Denis brings an intense banger track. 'Limited Hum' is blazing. Tension building techno that we all crave for all the time. Suprising arangement makes this one special. Wise and foxy automations, short vocal fxs and synth scapes, a lot of different hats and percussions rolling in all directions. What more can you wish for the peak time?
Escape EP is here to remind you that we love to get it rough and filthy but with a dose of caution. That's the style we're into, and we're super glad to have Denis on our books with these nasty tracks. Stay tuned, we're preparing more and more.
