Barcelona's Bassel Darwish is an artist whose sharp rise in recent years has seen him play at key venues across over 30 countries in his young but blossoming career, whilst building his reputation as one of the city's hottest upand-coming names. A regular and long-time member of the Solid Grooves family, whilst also releasing via notable labels including Deeperfect, Stereo Productions, Roush and Moan, the Spaniard now makes his label debut on Dennis Cruz & Eddy M's burgeoning MUESE imprint as he delivers two slick cuts in the form of his 'Gate' EP.

Title track 'Gate' opens the package with authority as hard-hitting kicks meet rumbling sub-bass, distorted vocal hooks and resonant synth stabs, whilst the lively 'Last Night' employs skipping percussion arrangements and a rolling bassline beneath further vocal work and icy hats to shape up an impressive debut by the rising Spaniard.
