Junction Records is back with JCT002. The A side starts with UK producer David Scopes' “Desdemona”, a powerful and hypnotic tune featuring David's signature organic kicks, huge moving pads, and detailed effects from the strung-out reverbs. “Metro” follows with heavy tech-house flavour and subtle, atmospheric influences. Filtered chords and spacious drones fill the breakdowns and pave the way for the infectious percussive melody.
On the B side, label boss Cool Tiger’s “Sheltered” sticks with his signature percussion driven Techno. FInally, “Sweet Vortex” brings in something different and unique, mixing the warmth of a melodic piano sample with the power of Techno drums, rounding off the release settling down from a music trip.
