Now over a decade old, Glenn Morrison's 'Contact' record was instrumental at the time of its release, ushering in a new wave of forward thinking melodic house music. With the record release initially being on Mau5trap Records, and having sold thousands of vinyl on that label, and charting Number 8 on the Overall Beatport Chart for 5 weeks straight, this is a throwback to the halcyon days of lush, textured arpeggiations in dance music. This record has a simplistic percussive underlay which gives depth and space to the chordal melodies, and it was co-written and co-produced with Joel Zimmerman in 4 hours together from 4am-8am many years ago now.

On the flip side is 'Hydrology' which is a more modal affair, playful filtering use set atop a rolling blissful melodic ride, this has a more introspective quality to the release as a whole.
