From Memory is Blade & Beard’s latest discovery. The Cologne-based artist who was educated by the sound of the big labels of his hometown like Kompakt and Treibstoff, presents an amazing addition to the Futurist catalogue with his "Ara EP“. The four tracks are minimalistic but simultaneously melodic, all of them follows his leitmotif of hypnotic moments, paired with driving grooves. Even though From Memory’s sound fits perfectly to the sound of the moment of many DJs, his approach is rather more timeless. The "Ara EP" is a genuine follow up release to "Nimbus“, his debut EP on the Italian based DnC Limited, which came out in June. We welcome From Memory to our label family.
