StoneBridge return to his roots of funky house with the original divas from Sweden, DaYeene who scored in the UK last year with 'And It Hurts'. 'I Like' is a cover of the 1980 Young & Co classic that was a staple at Paradise Garage with it's unforgettably funky bassline and guitar driven groove. The original has been sampled over & over (Agent Sumo, Robbie Rivera) but this is the real thing, reconstructed from bottom up with the energy of the new millenium. The song has been featured in the US version of -Queer As Folk- as well as being championed in the UK by the likes of Allister Whitehead and Graham Park. On the flip there is a deep workout by Chris Coco and remix partner Rui Da Silva, of 'Touch Me' fame on his Kismet label, supported by Danny Howells and the darker crowds.
