The No. 021 on Plötzlich Music is the Nadie Ep by Machino with Sascha Cawa.
Ramon Daniels, better known as Machino comes from Tijuana, the northwestern of Mexico, where he is part of a new wave of electronic music producers. After his tracks have been released by Highgrade Records, Static Discos, Desert Hearts, Underyourskin Records, AMAM, as well as by his own label Glauben, we are pleased to have him with us on this EP. His sound gets under your skin and makes you want to dance
straight away. Machino knows how to produce the perfect mix between hard techno and spherical ambient sound. At the same time his
sound is always impulsive, varied and straight.
Sascha Cawa is a Resident DJ of Kater Blau in Berlin and was always part of the Katersound. Unlike Machino’s rather deep and mystical sound, which he combined with a nice synthesizer bassline, Sascha Cawas remix is smoother and more housy. Through tech house rhythms with great bongo breaks he turns the track into a groovy and dynamic piece of art. Thereby these two tracks and artists reflecting the diversity, as well as the wide spectrum of music of the Plötzlich am Meer Festival perfectly.
The artwork is done by Robin Kowalewsky. A symbiosis of audio and visual art out now on Plötzlich Musik.
