Old School Department comes from the desire of its founder Kenny Ground to focus on a new record label all the flavors of the old school house music (characterized more by its unmistakable beats of the years 90/2000 where syncopated rhythms and dirty percussive sounds were at the base of each house groove) combined with the most sophisticated tech house music of our days with thin exceptional samples who create masterpieces with the march of our times but with the charm of the old house music!

Kenny Ground works in this field since more than 16 years as a dj and for about 5 years in the discography house & tech house with countless productions and remixes on labels such as: Toolroom, Factomania, Deeperfect, Natura Viva, Younan Music, Olé music, Go Deeva and many more..

Morever from over 4 years he lived the most incisive experience as label manager of Southpark Records, founded with his partner Dave Martins, label by now released more than 60 EPs and singles with artists such as: Hector Couto, Wally Lopez, Holler, Collective Machine, German Brigante, Roberto Palmero, NTFO, Ron Costa, Luca M, JUST2 and many more.

Based in Switzerland, this new reality wants to be a musical treat for all lovers of this genre, trying to give the best, thanks to the contribution of great artists from all over the world. Always putting the passion for art at the center of everything.
