Bhooka is based in the UK and although recently returning to writing and producing after a long hiatus, Bhooka has a wealth of experience in the dance music industry. Heavily involved in the UK garage scene in the early 2000's with releases on Nu-Vybe as part of Bump'n'Groove and white labels/ remixes as Roger Ruff.

Bhooka also worked with then partner 'T-Bone' on a number of Funky House releases on Sounds Heavenly and Player Records. This led to the creation of 'Hot To Trot Records' which concentrated on funky breaks with a disco flavor.

After a break from music to pursue other opportunities, he now returns full of creative ideas and passion. An accomplished keyboard player and DJ who focuses on musical arrangements within an electronic background, his music has grooves with melodic overtones.
