Coming up in the warm streets and long nights of Curitiba, guided by the voices of the Hip Hop culture. Immediately appealing for the way it took cues from history but looked to the future, the brazilllian HNQO found favour with people at influential labels like Hot Creations, Defected, OFF Recordings, SlothBoogie and lead to some key EPs that were fresh, warm and full of genuine feelings as well as his full album released on Kompakt's brazillian sub label D.O.C that connected with people on a deeper level, followed by shows at festivals like Time Warp, DGTL, Rock In Rio, Apenkooi and some important clubs over more than 30 countries. HNQO continues to bring his touch with a real sense of soul, funk and fun as well as displaying some assured studio skills, riddled with a charming energy that is buoyant, underground and appealing.
