DECLAN MCDERMOTT

Declan McDermott is a multi-instrumentalist and producer from Sydney, currently based in Berlin. Specialising in bass, guitar, keyboards, vocals and synthesisers, he works across studio and live settings with a focus on vintage synthesizers, drum machines and analog recording techniques.

He has collaborated with artists including Lovebirds, Black Loops, SIRS, Red Pig Flower, Joel Holmes, Derrick McKenzie (Jamiroquai), and Byron the Aquarius, contributing to projects released on Freerange, Glitterbox, Live at Robert Johnson, Teardrop Recordings, and Sound of Vast. Tracks featuring his work, including Lovebirds' "Sambuca Moustache" and Black Loops' "Detroit Love Letter", have reached the Traxsource Top 10.
