TECHFLEX

Techflex is a Vienna-based Techno producer and DJ driven by a deep passion for the raw, hypnotic, dark and harder edges of the genre. Having discovered Techno in the early 90s, the music has shaped his perspective ever since and continues to influence everything he creates today. His productions are built around tight, repetitive grooves and a strong sense of rhythm, while subtle variations and evolving details keep the energy constantly moving forward.
While pursuing a PhD in chemical engineering, Techflex maintained his connection to music, balancing his professional life with a relentless creative drive. After completing his studies, he intensified his focus on production and began sharing his music with a wider audience. His early achievements include winning his first remix contest, which paved the way for numerous releases on respected labels such as Naked Lunch, Black Codes Experiments, Sleaze Records (UK), Children of Tomorrow, Trapez, Dolma, Unknown Territory, Technodrome, Jeton Records, Luminar Records and #thatechno.
Collaborations and remixes with artists including A.Paul, Audioklinik, Dolby D, DJ Dextro and Hans Bouffmyhre have further strengthened his presence within the underground scene. His tracks have received support from key figures in Techno such as Chris Liebing, Ben Sims, DJ Rush, Umek, Björn Torwellen, Paul van Dyk, Klaudia Gawlas and Arnaud Le Texier, confirming his relevance on international dancefloors.
He is also the owner of the underground Techno label Shadow State.
