BAS LOUBERT

In 1979, at the age of 14, Bas started his DJ carreer at a youth society in a small village in the province of Zeeland, The Netherlands. In the 80's he played in many various Clubs around the province and in Belgium. In 1986 he had to abandon his Djing, because he got a fulltime job in a complete different business, and DJing could not be combined with this new challenge. But the interest and love for music remained to be alive.

In 2002, Bas started to visit well known Clubs of the Netherlands in the cities of Rotterdam, Amsterdam, The Hague and Utrecht, being one of the crowd. After a while, they temptation became irresistable to get behind the decks again. And he became a guest resident at Club Revolution in Rotterdam, up to 2008.

In this period, Bas developed a wide spectrum of music styles, which he played in his DJ sets. It varies from Clubhouse, to Tribal, to Iberican house, Latin house, etc.
Nowadays, his focus is mainly on the genres: Funky/Groove/Jackin' House, Soulful House, Nu Disco, House, and sometimes a good TechHouse track may pass his DJ sets.

In 2008 he released his first remix track, as a result of a remix contest he won that year. In those years ahead, he did some unreleased bootleg remixes.
Meanwhile, he started as an interenet radiostation DJ at various stations. His current mix contributions are broadcasted on HouseBeats.FM, WFM96, MeerRadio, JammFM Costa Del Sol, and provides every six weeks a guest mini mix for Ronald Richel at JammFM.nl

Since 2018, his producer skills as a remixer came into a rollercoaster by winning a remix contest of Paul Hardcastle's track “19”. Since then he remixed tracks for:
