DEEP DAN

Deep Dan comes from a musical family background. Both his mom and dad have degrees in music and from a young age he was taught to play a variety of musical instruments. Instruments from piano to double bass to drum kit.

Music has always been a big part of his family. In high school, music class was one of his chosen subjects and played in the school orchestra in Pretoria Boys High School for 4 years, as well as partaking in various large school concerts. Following high school he obtained his grade 5 theory in music and took a break from playing instruments.

About 1 year later he and a friend were really into deep electronic house music and began mixing and producing our own projects. He learnt how to use the software by myself and self-taught everything that he now knows.

Following this he had managed produce a various amount of tracks which he had started posting on soundcloud. While the feedback was decent, he wanted to explore more. This brought him to his first record label, Ababili Recordings. The response from Ababili was amazing and within a couple of months they had released his first single titled *conversations with God*. At the moment he has brand new EP dropping with Ababili recordings. He really is enjoying the journey and cannot wait for the future for what comes.
