After working for years behind the scenes in the music industry, Frenk de Vries decided to step up and Silque was born. It was time to take the experience and knowledge he got and put the matter into his own hands.
 At the end the fortune favors the bold.

Silque's vision worked out as the first EP release "Serenity'' on SHOMI in 2017 had support by major acts like: Mark Knight, Nic Fanciulli, Agoria, Roger Sanchez and Annie Mac. If that wasn't enough Danny Howard premiered and supported him on BBC Radio 1 and SiriusXM several times.
The success of the first release wasn't unnoticed as the legendary Toolroom Records signed his second release 'Back To Back'. Also this release had major support by names like: Pete Tong, Bob Sinclar, Richie Hawtin, Steve Lawler and Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano.

After a successful first year Silque had the opportunity to release his track 'Fête' on the freshly new label of Martin Garrix: STMPD RCRDS. Also this track was premiered by Danny Howard and is making strong progress every day since.

In 2020 Silque did a collaboration with the legend Dizzee Rascal resulting in a massive banger called 'RIOT' that created a lot of damage on dance floors all over the globe.

Silque is becoming a big deal playing festivals like ULTRA Korea, Creamfields, Mysteryland, Ushuaïa Ibiza, Solar Weekend, 7th Sunday, Dance Valley, Geheime Liefde, Lief, HRFST, Freshtival, Dutchweek and the Rai Amsterdam during Martin Garrix presents: The Ether (ADE)
