AIMO

Aimo is an African electronic and deep tech producer and DJ based in Gaborone, the capital city of Botswana. His sound is deeply inspired by African chants, string instrumentation, and melodic traditions, blending heritage with contemporary rhythm.
He began his musical journey in 2013 while studying at Limkokwing University. Three years later, he made his official debut on digital platforms through Seres Produções.

Since then, Aimo has continued to hone his craft, gaining international recognition for his distinctive style and musical talent.
His work has received support from renowned producers and DJs such as Black Coffee, Hyenah, Caiiro, Aluku Rebel, Darque, Zakes Bantwini, and Citizen Deep, among others. With his music being played across the globe, Aimo remains driven to create and share more of his sonic vision.

Rooted in African identity and guided by a futuristic outlook, Aimo aims to build a soundscape that transcends borders—where rhythm becomes a language and every track tells a story.
