CLAUDIO SURIANO

Claudio Suriano (Melfi, 14/09/1980) is an itaian singer, songwriter, performer and actor. Born in Melfi, Basilicata, in the south Italy, is one of the few artists of his generation to write almost of all his lyrics in English. He’s considered a “Bear Icon” in the world for is support to the GLBT community. His polyhedral experience ranging from Cinema to Television, from Theater to Music. He plays in two movies: “20 Sigarette”, winner of numerous awards at Film Festival in Venice, and “Amalfi”, with Rocco Papaleo. For the Tv fictions he play in “Carabinieri”, “Distretto di Polizia” and “Il commissario Rex”. Numerous the plays on stage: ”My Fair Lady” at Sistina theatre, and “Romeo & Juliet” with Riccardo Scamarcio, to name a few . He starts to publish singles with FKJ Music Records in 2008 with the hit single “Everybody Do Pop Music” published on the famous “Hit Mania Club Dance Vol.13”. Collaboration continues with songs like “Blue People”, “I Wanna Be Your Lover”, “Set Me Free”, “House Tekno Radio”, “My Communication”, “Urban Love”, converged in the publication of his first double album entitled “Claudio Suriano - The First Album” in 2010.
